Practice:
Mark practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on debtor/creditor and bankruptcy/insolvency litigation. Mark also acts for purchasers, vendors and mortgagees for residential and commercial real estate transactions. He became senior partner in 2008.

Associations:
Mark is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. He is also a member of NARCA (National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys), an international organization for collection lawyers and is a real estate law representative on the non-builder industry expert group for Tarion. He is also the past director and treasurer of Shaarei Beth-el Synagogue in Oakville.

Bernie, a founding lawyer and the head of our collection department, has over 30 years of experience. Bernie has written and lectured professionally on collection and litigation matters and is recognized by his peers for his expertise and specialist qualifications. Heís also our resident entertainer with his humorous pranks and owl collection, Bernie knows how to make people laugh and has entertained many a staff member and courtroom audience with his lively anecdotes.

Heís a true expert in collection and commercial litigation and the firm has developed precedents and case law in this area of the law.

Kevin has focused his practice in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on creditor/debtor commercial litigation. His expertise includes personal injury, bankruptcy, estate and employment litigation.

Kevin sits on the board of directors of the Credit Association of Greater Toronto and is head of the legislative committee of the Credit Institute.
